Ingredients - Masala
1 tbsp oil
1 onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 big potato, boiled and cut into cubes
1 carrot, cut into cubes
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure
Heat oil; add onion and sauté for a minute or until transparent. Add tomatoes; stir for a minute; add potato, carrot, salt, and pepper. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
Spread 1 tbsp of this mixture in the center of a dosai. Roll and serve with coconut chutney and sambhar. |
